Executives and leadership teams · SMEs and mid-size companies
Every committee prepared, every commitment tracked.
Inside the AI tool you already pay for, we set up a memory of your meetings. You walk into every committee knowing where each person stands and which questions will be hard, and nothing gets lost between meetings. Up and running in a few weeks, with no extra software.
In practice
A high-stakes committee, from preparation to follow-up.
Your AI tool can already summarize a meeting. What it does not do on its own is connect meetings to one another: arriving ready for objections, losing nothing between appointments, spotting what drifts three weeks later. Here is what we set up, on a fictional example.
Arrive with a strategy, not just a file
The preparation note draws on the memory of your exchanges: how the topic has evolved, what each person has already said, and the tough questions likely to come up. A challenging perspective before the meeting rather than during it.
Topic history
- Discussed in three meetings since June; the scope was narrowed in July.
Positions already stated
- Finance — supportive if the timeline is phased.
- Independent director — had asked for a risk analysis, not yet sent.
Likely tough questions
- Why now rather than next financial year?
- What happens if hiring falls behind schedule?
Objective and fallback
- Secure an agreement in principle; failing that, a mandate to refine the proposal.
An idea dictated in seconds, filed in the right place
In the corridor or in the car, you dictate a note on your phone. It is transcribed, then sorted: task, decision, idea, person to follow up with. It joins the right topic file, without you having to file it.
What you said
“Remember to ask the key accounts manager for the pilot customer’s feedback before Thursday. And we need to review the project timeline with the product team.”
What was filed
- TaskFollow up with the key accounts manager — pilot customer feedback, before Thursday→ person file
- TopicProject timeline to review with the product team→ project file
Decisions in writing, the essentials to listen to
After the committee, decisions and commitments are extracted, and follow-up messages are drafted for each person. An audio briefing of a few minutes lets you take stock on the way home, without rereading long minutes.

Decided
- Agreement in principle, subject to a phased timeline.
Commitments
- Finance — revised budget, for the next committee.
- You — send the risk analysis to the independent director.
Follow-ups drafted
- Two messages written, one per person concerned.
Awaiting your approval
Slipping commitments surface on their own
Because the memory connects meetings to one another, a commitment that has not been mentioned since, or a topic presented differently from what was decided, shows up in your briefing as a point to watch.
Commitment without follow-up
- The revised budget promised to the investment committee has not been mentioned since.
Possible discrepancy
- The timeline presented in the team meeting differs from the one approved by the committee.
Suggestion
- A follow-up to Finance is ready, to approve or ignore.
Illustrative scenario and fictional content. The actual scope depends on your tools, your data, your internal rules and the consent of participants.
Approach
Three steps, inside your tools.
-
Assessment
We look at your typical week and keep the two or three uses that will genuinely save you time.
-
Setup
In your Copilot, Gemini, ChatGPT or Claude: the memory of your meetings, the briefs, the follow-ups.
-
Fine-tuning
The first weeks of use show what helps. We keep that and remove the rest.
Our principle: the AI tool is interchangeable, the memory belongs to you.

Frequently asked questions
Your questions.
Do I need to buy a new tool?
No. We start from the subscription you already have: Microsoft 365 Copilot, Google Workspace, ChatGPT, Claude or Mistral. We do not resell any licence.
Where is my data, and what about sensitive topics?
Your memory is a set of files in your own space (SharePoint, Drive, Notion or Obsidian). Every access is limited to what is needed and documented for your IT team. For HR matters, mergers and acquisitions or negotiations, local processing outside any cloud service is possible.
What about recording meetings?
It requires informing participants and getting their consent. For one-to-one conversations, we usually suggest a dictated debrief right after the meeting instead.
Does the AI act on my behalf?
No. It prepares notes and messages; nothing is sent, shared or changed without your approval.
How much of my time does it take?
About 3 hours for the assessment, then one hour a week during setup. Your executive assistant can use the same environment.
Can it be funded?
Partly, depending on your status and country. In France, training funds (AGEFICE for self-employed executives, OPCO for employees) may apply. We check with you.
